It's a great camera for the price. It has a good image, easy mounting hardware and plenty of cable. The infrared spread pattern of the LEDs is well dispersed shedding an even light across the field of view. I already have recommended this camera to others. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
Note: It does have a BNC to RCA adapter in the packaging, despite that fact that it is not mentioned anywhere.

This camera has met and exceeded everything that I could have wanted. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I had no experience, but this went up well and works great. High five and thumbs up on this camera. Minister Gene "Bones" Boswell

The problem with this camera it's the cable connection. I had to cut the camera' cable to pass throw my window because I did not want to open a big hole on the wall. Beside that, I cannot connect the camera to my VCR because it did not work.

@Gregg Cornett -- I experienced similar clouding under IR in one of my cameras. The fix was to clean it using a solution tailored for optics (just the cleaning agent and nothing else that leaves a residue) and lens tissue. The camera was restored to its original clarity. My theory is that this camera got misted over during a fogging period and subsequently dried leaving a fine residue on the face of the exterior glass. Incoming light would diffuse around it (like spots on one's glasses). Outgoing IR light would scatter and cause lens flair. When I say fine residue, I mean that it would appear clean to the naked eye.
This solution worked for me. YMMV

I purchased this camera to round out the four slots on my DVR... I have 2 LTS cameras and an Alphasonic, I would say the night vision capability of the Q see is the same as the comparable Alphasonic ( both are inferior to the LTS ) The Q see did go up in less than 1/2 the time of the LTS though. That being said, my only real gripe with the Q SEE is that about once a week the darn thing goes scrambled... I cant really describe it in words but basically you loose signal and need to interrupt the power ( I just unplug then replug it) I wish it would actually cause a surge or something so that it would set off the alarm on my DVR so I could get it fixed in a timely manner.
